Help GPS icon doesn't show

Hi,

I have troubles using my phone's GPS. The GPS location option on my phone is enabled of course. If I try to get my location using the GPS Status application for example it's impossible for me to get a lock. It doens't even find a single satellite. Also the GPS icon does not show on top of the screen.
Any help on this? I tried looking it up in the manual and on Google but found nothing really

Don't take this the wrong way but you ARE standing outside with a clear view of the sky?
