hard reset now cant use android market

I had to do a hard reset on my Inspire today and now cant access the android market. It keeps saying a network error has occurred. I am connected and everything else works but not that. I tried to do a system update but it wont let me do that either. Is there anything I can do?

Try going into "manage applications" and clearing the cache and data from the Play Store and Google Services Framework.
