Hi there, I'm brand new and hope to be around a lot! I have been wanting an Android phone for about a year now, and now that the HTC Incredible is out for Verizon (my carrier), I'm getting it (3 days ).

About me....I'm a self taught C# and VB.NET programmer, as well as PHP, HTML, and CSS. I'm learning C++, but...well...that stuff scares me :'(.

Anyway, any suggestions about apps, warnings about a switch from the ENV2 -> HTC Incredible, etc?

Thanks! I heard the battery life isn't that good on Droids...is that true? I haven't charged my ENV2 for about 3 weeks now, and it has 3 bars. It will be a hell of a change if I have to charge the Droid every 6 hours.
