My name is Bryan and I am retired in the U.S.A., but I still travel the world. I try to make calls out using the in country sim cards, I have two problems I need help with.
#1- I try to call out using my HTC Incredible 2, but an automated voice comes and says that "I cannot call out due to out call barring was set by me". how can I deactivate that problem.
2#- what does "USSD code running mean?" and how can I fix it, if it's a problem.
