Help! Can't get this case off...

I got the Samsung flip case and I cannot get this thing off! There's a little groove at the top and I'm assuming that's where you pull it off, but it's not working. Any suggestions?

I would suggest trying to pinch the screen and back of cars without grabbing the sides. But try it on a soft surface like on carpet or bed, just in case it pops off and falls. I don't have this case but this has worked for me when trying to detatch cases that have a really tight grip on the phone.

Thanks, I finally got it. I had to use nail clippers to get underneath the groove in order for it to finally pop off. Definitely will not be using this case again, lol.
