Help Help with phone please

My phone(LG Volt 2) apps have been randomly crashing after 10-20 seconds of use I would click on something in them (for example someone to message on facebook) and it would instantly crash, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling each app that it happened for (for some reason instagram, twitter, and my downloaded music would work but that was it) so I decided to try and factory reset my phone in the hopes that it would help but now halfway through setting up my phone after the reset it crashes in the same way my apps were crashing before so I am stuck on the set up phase with no way out

Ive looked all over and havent seen someone having the same problem as me, can someone please help me figure this out.

Factory reset? Is it rooted?
This issue is something a recovery reset would usually fix. Try sending it to LG. If it's rooted they'll still fix it. Mine was rooted, and I sent it back for a software issue. They fixed it.
