Help Help with Samsung phones

I have a Samsung prime I can make calls,receive and send text,but can't receive calls. Why is it doing that?someone plz help

If your phone utilizes Sim card..I would go to the nearest store and get a new one..they shouldn't charge you for that..it sounds like a Sim card issue..let me know.

You got incoming calls barred? Check with your carrier for that I think.
