Help!

Ok I had a slightly ******ed moment and decided to root my sensation 4g so that it may work for my daughters carrier att. The rooting went fine but when i tried to apply a new rom all i all that my phone is doing is rebooting itself with the white htc screen and is stuck a loop. This was my first time doing this and i am a complete rookie, so be gentle. I can get to recovery mode but it seems like i have nothing there no image or rom not even the initila rom. i can even factory reset. is my phone bricked?
