Help HELP

Ok guys I need some help. So today my phone decides to go kaput. I cannot recieve calls. If you call me it says the verizon subscriber is not availible. I cannot make calls either. The call never connects. I can recieve texts but cannot send out texts. I can get on the internet and recieve emails. I talked on the phone with verizon for over an hour trying various of things. I then go into the store they tried with calling some techs for 2 hours. Nothing! A soft reset, hard reset, replace sim card. All this was done and neither one resolved the issue.They still are confused. My phone is only about 6months old. Has this happen to anyone. Or does anyone have ant suggestions?

Go back to the Verizon store and get a replacement phone. They should have never let you leave with that one.

im sure they checked this but i have to ask, is you network set to lte or global? or did by some chance it get switched to gsm? just check
