how do i reboot my android phone?

Hi

Reboot means to turn off the power (completely off -not just the screen) and turn it on again.

You may be confusing reboot with (factory) reset. A Factory reset reinstalls the operating system from the phones memory and competely wipes everything that you have on the phone. This can be done from the system settings or by other methods if the phone is not behaving. The exact method depends on the make and model of phone.
