Helpppp please

Hi all,

I am using samsung galaxy S at the moment. When I signed in yahoo mail with my phone, they syn the contact from yahoo mail to the contact list in my fone. I feel annoying so I try to delete them, however it pop up a message said that I can't delete a read only file, I can only hide them, and so I clicked on hide. But now when I checked in my yahoo mail. All the contact I was hide on the phone actually disappear in the contact book in my email. Can anyone help me to unhide or retrieve all the yahoo mail contact back ???

Also I put an external memory card SD but the phone didn't show it. What can I do ?? Please help.... thank you.
