Well, Sense has been updated to 2.1, so I don't see why the tattoo shouldn't get it.

I would also not recommend getting it on Orange, they severely cripple their software by removing the google apps which are, for many, the main draw of the android. And their grey theme is ugly as sin.

Nah, they still have the market, but not Gmail, Google Talk or Youtube.

I do, but I flashed it with the standard htc firmware instead of the crap orange one.

I'd rate it quite highly :)

Battery life is great. On a standard day I use the music player a lot and the browser on HSDPA and it still has around 20% battery left when I get home. In standby it lasts ages. I unplugged mine at about 1pm today and it still has 86% battery left.

Got me a tattoo and havent looked back.

Just one major major issue (with android as a whole) - no bluetooth file transfer ......... yet

It should do, but we haven't had any updates for the device yet.

If you get the Tattoo on Orange you'll be beholden to them for software updates. I emailed HTC about this very issue last night. Their reply:

I then emailed Orange and have yet to receive a response.

    Vodafone ftw :D

Been impressed by battery life - better than the N95 I had before.
