New Android owner here. I decided to take the plunge with a Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc.
I joined because I'm still coming to terms with the loss of my beloved Blackberry physical keyboard and I'm frustrated at times that the UI is not as slick as the iOS one on my iPad. But I'm hoping that the more open Android ecosystem will prove to be richer and more varied as things move along.
