Help Hot Spot Message when try to run GoPro App

So I am trying to run my GoPro Hero 3+ using the GoPro android app.

Everytime I start the app, get logged into the GoPro I get this Hot Spot message. regardless of how I answer it I loose the GoPro connection and the process starts all over..... basically because of this I cannot use the GoPro app on my phone.

If I say Yes, it just opens the browser to Google and that is it.
