how hard to convert program to application android?

Hi I have a program on the computer just a small program and was wondering how hard is it to make it a application for android.
Is it possible to do?
It just would be great If I can have a portable device to be able to go on to it there instead of going back to the shop to go into the program. Could You please tell me what info I need to know and how if its possible ?
