HP CEO Mark Hurd has just resigned over a sexual harassment investigation. What do you guys think this means for Palm? Now, HP is looking for a new CEO. Do you think Jon Rubenstein could take over? That would be awesome. I've never really liked Mark Hurd anyway.

From what I'm hearing today, he isn't leaving because of the sexual harassment charge. According to HP's standards, there was no sexual harassment.

However, he falsified expense reports to hide the money he was spending on her, which did violate HP policy.

exactly but what CEO of a mjor company hasn't done this... also he paid her for "Jobs" that were never done.
