Help HTC CHa cha- problem with adding contact

Hi,
Whenever I tried to Add a New Contact, HTC Cha Cha is not adding . I got, "Sorry unable to add contact" error . When I tried to add people, it is crashing when I chose Save. And I chose, send Error report to HTC. But, after that nothing got displayed whether it sent the error report or not .
Please give some suggestions
