Help HTC Incredible S, few questions?

hey all,
I am new to Android Plat form and bought a HTC Inredible S. i want to know

i. how to install Auto Answering application that it records Callers voice message if i don't pic up the call?

ii. how to download a song from internet while browsing?

iii. when i search for my contact list, there comes only Names. I want Names and Numbers both while searching for a contact name.

iv. How to download skype in to my mobile?
