HTC Monster (Concept Phone)

This is my first thread here. I don't know exactly if this is the right place for this thread but I hear the community here are considered experts or whatever. I was wondering if a phone like this would be likely to come out and if so when.

HTC Monster Specs:

Android 3.0 (Gingerbread or Honey)
4.3 inch screen (possibly even 4.5)
10MP camera (1080p), double flash
Front facing camera
Thinner then the HD2
1.5Ghz Snapdragon
No hardware keyboard

I'm going to get my first smartphone in the summer of 2011, if something like this were to drop, I would probably pick it up regardless of carrier.

Anyways, would something like this be possible this year? Next year? How possible? How likely? Explain your answer.

I would keep an ear out for something like that. That's over a year away, and things change rapidly in the mobile phone industry. Just keep tabs on tech blogs, and this forum and you should be well informed.

Many people on this forum are experts on Android. But we can't tell the future.
