I brought this Virgin Mobile Htc One V from ebay and am having problem connecting to the internet. the mobile network is on but it says disconnected. i need help.

hmm. need more info to help. what is the phone running? stock rom? custom rom? is it rooted with custom recovery? gsm or cdma?
