Root I need help. PLease. (unrooting d3)

Hello. Im new here as you can tell.

I need help unrooting my Droid 3. Can i get a link to a tutorial ?
i looked everywhere
i tried factory reset. but it didnt work. i just want my phone back to normal, Like just out of the box.

i tried the petes tools , But it did not even work...

1. Click this text to download a file. ~450MB
2. Charge your phone fully.
3. Hold M as you power it on.
4. Use volume down to highlight AP Fastboot.
5. Use volume up to select AP Fastboot.
6. Connect the phone to the computer with the stock USB cable.
7. The phone should now detect a USB connection.
8. Open up the files you downloaded and select the one named "CLICK HERE - Flash Verizon DROID 3 OTA 5.6.890 to phone"
9. A command prompt looking window should appear and start listing services and completion times.
10. Let it run until it reads "Press any key to exit".
11. Press any key and allow the phone to do its thing.
12. VIOLA! Box stock D3.
