Help Icons Loading Slowly

For some reason, the icons on my DX load slowly after I come back from using the internet, using an application, or anything that has me to exit the home screens.

have you tried a battery pull? Hard reset? How many apps do you have installed? How many widgets are you using?

Yes, done the batt pull a couple times.
I have 35 apps installed (downloaded).
As for the hard reset, I thought the batt pull was the same thing.

Also, I have 6 widgets.

Have you moved the apps to your SD card? make sure your card is a fast one 6 preferably, but I usually have no problems with a 4. It's only really slow when the card is initialised.

Maybe one of those widgets is slowing all the others down. try removing them one at a time. Or better yet, temporarily remove them all just to see if it is one of them.

Well 35 apps certainly shouldn't break the bank. I have around 200 apps on DX and it doesn't slow my home screens down any. I did have to shrink the number of my homeacreens down from 11 to 9 though. I was gettin a kot of lag when scrolling through my home screens until I got rid of 2 of them.

when did it start getting slow... what did you do right before the issue started?

I'm not sure what happened right before it all started. That was about 3 or 4th days ago.
As for my home screens, I have 7.

Are you running a custom launcher like Go Launcher or Launcher Pro?
