Incredible vs Droid 2

How about DInc or Bag phone?

DInc or rotary phone? (wouldn't rotary dialer be a cool app even though completely useless)

DInc or 2 tin cans and a string?

ok, who wins in a fight...

DInc or a Great White?

Great Whites do have razor sharp teeth, but the DInc does have dual LEDs...

If the great white was using a moto razr then the great white. Otherwise I am sure the dinc has a shark killer app we could d/l.

If you guys think this is so ridiculous, why are you wasting your time reading it and responding?

1. It isn't as ridiculous to me as it is the 10000928e490239th of these posts on these boards *which made my now erased top 10

2. I like to read and comment.

3. My bag phone contract is up and I think I am going to upgrade.... your thoughts?

whenever people ask should i switch to this newest hottest phone i always say yes.

let them find out for themselves whether it was the right decision or not and report back to us. it their money to burn. i guess they're used to having their mother make all the decisions for them. lol. lesson learned to all the other folks who incessantly ask "should i do this or that".

The Droid 2 would be a winner in my book if it had a FFC, non locked bootloader and HDMI .

I still haven't seen or heard of anyphones coming out that I like better then mine or atleast worth an upgrade. The Fascinate looks good but again no FFC , I really want to be able to have video chat

Only if the person on the other end has an FFC too! ;)

Tough choice. I thought id miss the physical kb when i switched from my samsung saga (i knew id miss NOTHING about that phone other than possibly keyboard) but i didnt expect how well the on screen keyboard worked on the incredible.

The only edge the droid 2 would probably have with me- accessories. The availability of accessories kinda blows with the incredible compared to other android devices.

I think you should wait for droid 8 running cinnamon loaf 4.0. good grief you just got a killer phone thats is like impossible still to get and now you want a droid 2? DINC all the way.

I thought the DroidX and Droid 2 were supposed to have superior graphics processing? I may be wrong about that, but when in store, it seemed the scrolling on the X was quite choppy and nowhere near as smooth as the Inc....

You are not the only one! I did the same thing a few weeks ago...walked into the VZW store, picked up the X, scrolled through the screens a couple of times...chuckled softly to myself and left!

For what I use my phone for (making calls, surfing the web a little, emails, txt's and calendar), I just don't see the X as anything even as good as the Incredible!

I have a couple upgrades available and I said I would do an upgrade if a phone came out that was even slightly better then my Incredible and so far the X and 2 have not really impressed me. Good phones but not for me

A simple litmus test would be if you are a media freak. For video, more hardware supported codec support. For music quality, if the Droid 2 is same as Droid 1 and X, it will sound much weaker than the Inc from 3.5mm jack.

On the other hand, if a keyboard is a key pref, Inc surrenders! ;)

Sure would be handy for the emulators and PC game ports :)

Being this is my first smartphone(Incredible) I am not bias towards either one. I got a chance to play with an X the other day and didn't come away with the wow factor as I did with the Incredible. Granted I didn't have as much face time as I do with the Incredible but for the time I did have it I got a generic feel from it. Not as intuitive, layout wasn't as impressive as the Incredible, smoother scrolling. At the same time I got to play with the Evo. They are bulky and awkward to hold. Sure it's personal preference but I prefer something that doesn't bulge so much in my pocket. :0

Is it the motoblur that they need to get away from which they say they are???
