Incredible vs Droid 2

After all of the wait for my Dinc, I love it, BUT, it now that the Droid 2 is coming out this week, I am wondering do I take my Dinc back and trade it for the Droid 2. I have only had the Dinc for about 10 days so I am within the 30 day return period. Any thoughts?
 
If you are a fan of the original Droid and just want the same phone with a faster cpu, locked down bootloader and eFuse, then maybe the Droid 2 is for you.
 
Do you want a physical keyboard or not? Sense or Motoblur? Locked bootloader(which it will probably have just like the X) or able to root? Decisions, decisions. . . .

The specs are pretty equivalent between the two, so these should be some of the determining factors. And you can say "Well, it has FroYo" but I've been running FroYo on my DInc for a few weeks now so. . .
 
i have the incredible.. my girl wants the incredible. but she also wants a keyboard, so im going to get her the droid 2. so we could have two different android phones. :D
 
id take the droid 2.

i wish you could take the keyboard totally off if you wanted to. like slide it out or lock it in.
 
Keyboard or not?
Sense or vanilla blurred :D
rooted vs. not yet rooted.
Able to install roms vs. not a chance.
amoled vs. LCD?
thin vs. thick
lighter vs. heavier?
HTC vs. Motorola?
Sllower games vs. faster games?

There are a lot of things to consider, really.
 
Wait for the droid 3 running gingerbread or whatever the next update is going to be next year.... keep the inc. It's stupid to keep upgrading to the next best thing, because it's really not that better.
 
I may see how this is and then get rid of my Inc. Main reason for me would be call quality however.
 
I wish I was in the window to take mine back, I am in desperate need of a keyboard and not wanting to shell out $599.

I hear you brother. I'm not in my window. I would have to sell my Inc and put the money from what towards a Droid 2.
 
The Dinc is last quarters news! The Droid X is last weeks news! Droid 2 is yesterdays news! Driod Pro is what they'll all be talking about now....

dang, new phones are being released one after another like crazy, so just pick one. It won't be long till "something better" comes along.

But seriously, I love the Incredible, and for me I can't say any of the Moto-Droids compare. They are just to big, bulky, awkward, and ugly for me. Dinc is a slick looking phone, feels good in the hand, and has top of the line specs to boot. No keyboard...no problem.
 
Really hinges on your need for the physical keyboard. If you don't need one, you can't lose either way. Both are excellent in their own ways.

This thread again? Give me a break. Stop making decisions by committee.

Next we will see DINC or Motorola Startac?
