Plugging in a headphone/speaker to the audio jack seems to terminate audio to Bluetooth. I would like to have audio both places -- out the headphone jack AND on bluetooth.

    Is that possible?

I'd be very surprised if anything like this exists.

No. With 1.5 the primary would switch to bluetooth with a call but remain on the headphones for media. That is no longer offered since 2.1 though.
