Im so beyond frustrated. I have t-mobile as my provider and purchased the wifi hot spot service. Well I set up my phone. Connect my laptop. My laptop easily finds my phone, my phone finds my laptop. Says connected with limited connectivity. Internet will not work. Tmobile was of little help and told me they had to give my case to one of their "network Engineers"
