Live Backgrounds?

I cant seem to find out how to enable them on my Evo. I tried searching on google and couldn't come up with anything and I also searched for other threads on it on this site. Maybe I'm over looking something and just dont see it but if someone could do a quick easy walkthrough on how enable it I would greatly appreciate it.

menu->settings->personalize->home wallpaper->live wallpaper

Just click the menu button while on the homescreen then click wallpapers, no need to go through the settings.
