Help mg5deoxfull.rar

I have a mg5deoxfull.RAR, and am suppose to back up my BOOT file in TWRP and then within the backup folder extract the RAR and reover through TWRP however I am having no success. I attempt to back up my BOOT and it fails..

That said, does anyone have a MD5/TAR that I can use within ODIN to completely restore my phone??
