Just updated my firmware and find that a number of app icons are missing from my homepages. Is there a restore facility?

Long press on the icon in the App drawer and it will be added to your desktop.

Not if you use TW.
If you use Apex/Nova, then there is a restore facility, but you need to have done a save first!

I assume you are unrooted, and there may be some unrooted backup apps that you could use to back up TW data (perhaps)
