MMS message accompanied by Unable to deliver icon in notification bar?

I just switched to the Inc2 from Inc (had upgrade and $30 at Costco lol), but I am tired of an issue I have had with both phones. Anytime someone sends me a picture message, I get the text with the photo and everything just fine, but I also get a icon in the notification bar and when I pull it down it says message not deliverable.

Any ideas on how to get rid of that notification or why it is showing up?
