Moblie network data problem but i have and unlocked HTC desire 626S how do i fix that the old carrier for it was metro pcs I have cellular one

"mobile network data problem" isn't much information to go on. But if everything else is working apart from mobile data the first thing to check is APN settings (Access Point Names, under the additional or advanced mobile data settings). These have to be set correctly for the network you are using, (you should be able to find them on the web, hopefully via your providers' website but if not a search should bring them up).
