My 4G doesnt turn on at all.

Anyone else having an issue with 4G? Mine wont even activate. My 4G scan toggle wont even light up to start scanning and the 4G toggle button will light up and spin like its trying to search for 4G but never finds it and eventually the toggle button goes gray again.

Ive also tried to activate this by going thru menu>settings>networks but it still doesnt work. Ive updated everything, Ive reset the phone. Any other ideas what it could be?

4G should remain on even if you are not in a 4G area.

If I were you, I would suspect a hardware problem. I would take to a Sprint store and have it tested.
