Help My internet went out!! Cant get on the market or anything! Also can receive/send pic messages

So idk what happened to my phone! But i cant get on the internet or the market or anything related!! Also i cant receive/send any pic messages. Well i can see i got a pic message but i cant download the picture. And it never sends any picture messages i want to send!!! IDK whats wrong been like this for awhile!

You might want to take it to the store and have them check it out. It's definitely not normal behavior. Is your data active in any way? Have you booted your phone recently?
