My Phone wont cut back on

I have tried to master reset my Samsung Dart phone by Tmobile by using the hard keys but it wont reset. My phone cut off the other day and havent came back on. I've even been letting it charge and the battery is good because I put it in my friends phone and I tried to master reset it but nothing shows.
