Help Need Help to update Samsung Galaxy S4 to Version 4.4.4

I really need help to update my Samsung Galaxy S4. My version is 4.3 and my model number is Samsung-SGH-I337. This phones network was once part of AT&T but it is not connected to MetroPCS. Every time I want to update the phone I go to settings then to About device and finally to Software update. Instead of showing the typical Software update menu it is supposed to show, it reads AT&T Software update which then when I click check for update it states "Current Software is up to date " Which then I really don't know what to do. My phone is not rooted but if in order to update it I need to root it I can find a way to do it.

If you don't want to root and update to 5.0, post your current firmware version and I'll try to locate the update zip files that you can use with the stock recovery
