Root Need help with QXDM

Been at this for days and iam stuck.
Following evo 4g to boost guide.Using galaxy prevail followed instructions and was sucessfull with cdma read and saved nv iteams and nam1 and nam2.QPST was sucessfull was able to get mobile id profile,but stuck on
QXDM it sees the phone accepts spc # but when i try to get the HA shared and AAA passwords using Requestnvitemread ds_mip_ss_user_prof command i get md_aa-shared _secret 1 through 15 all 0s then
diag rx iteam:requestednvitemread-error response recieved from target.
Iam using QXDM 3.9.19 on windows vista.
am i missing something? any help would be great!!

You cant read the Prevail with QXDM, you need to follow different directions to get that info from a prevail Read post #27 from this link, it will get you what you need:
