Root need some help

having some hardware problems need to unroot to take it too sprint for a replacement.

im stuck i cant get the pc36img. too flash.

keeps saying no image... idk what im doing wrong.

Are you sure you named it correctly? pc36img.zip? and make sure it doesn't have 2 extensions like pc36img.zip.zip. Sounds stupid but it happens sometimes.

Now if all that is correct are you sure its a good pc36img.zip? Have you tried to re download the zip? Where did you get the zip?

Remember if you rooted your phone with software version 3.29xxxxx you don't want to flash a zip thats for software version 3.30xxxx

This is a good point. But when I load it never says what software its for. Its 3.29 if anyone know how to get pc36 for that software that would be great help

thanks. i been talking to the guy who make that write up were trying to figure out what happened with the unroot but i dont understand whats going wrong the phone isnt taking the pc36img
