New Atrix owner

Hi,

I`ve had my Atrix for a few weeks and it`s great, taking some time to get used to it - I was a Blackberry user before. I have all my accounts set up and synced etc... but I have one problem - I can send and received texts from everyone but one person, I can sent the text and its received but I`m not getting any texts from this person back (either in reply or new message). Any hints how to fix...

Welcome! Could it be a problem with the person's phone number? They way it's input into your address book? Check it out.

Another thing you might do is check with the carrier to see if somehow a block got placed on that number. I have a friend who had this happen. She was able to send this person text messages but could not receive any responses.

Thanks, so if it is a block issue my carrier or the others would have to fix it

If it is, in fact, a block of some sort then yes the carrier should be able to clear it... or provide instruction in how to do so.
