    HI all.

I have just purchased a android 16gb pad. and need to be able to use in my car for emails etc.
I already have a laptop which I use and use a o2 payg dongle.
I need to purchase a payg dongle modem which will work with my pad.
Any ideas which I should buy.

    Thanks

    Dave:)

I have no idea, but wanted to welcome you. Maybe they'd know in the tablet sections?

    Welcome to Android Forums!

If the pad doesn't have a 3G option, you will need to find a device to tether it to for data. I don't believe it is possible to connect a cellular receiver directly to an Android pad.

    Hi.

I have managed to get a internet payg dongle for the android pad.
Yes you can connect it direct to the pad via USB.

    Thanks for help.

Interesting. It must act like a wired tether. Could you post more information about that in the tablet section of the forums so other users might benefit from what you've found? Include as much detail as you can.

    Thanks.
