I recently deleted most of the files on my Nexus One's SD card, however both my phone and my computer report that the space is still being occupied, yet I can't access the files and I can't put anymore on because the SD card is supposedly still full. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Have you partitioned the card?

If the card is already empty and still showing as full, it can't hurt to format it. Either with PC or with your nexus.
On your phone the option is in SD card & phone storage settings.
On pc, rightclick the mounted card and select format. Do a quick format as NTFS.
