A couple days ago, all of a suddon the power button on my nexus decided to become ultra sensitive. at first I thought the mobile was just thinking there was a button press when there wasn't so I tried turning it off and on again, but this did not help. As I thought the problem was still software based I tried a new rom but this did not help.
After some time playing around with it I noticed that it was my fingers brushing past the power button. I am still not sure if it is a mechanical fault, firmware or software but the power button no long needs to be depressed for it to be activated (it seems like it is touch sensitive) .
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
