No incoming calls on Google Voice

Everything was working fine until updated to frf91. Now I cannot receive any incoming calls but can make outgoing calls. Anyone else having this problem? Or know how to fix it?

Don't know if this will help but when you activated GV it called you to test the number and made you hit a two digit access number when it called. You may have to redo this from your account by erasing and then re-adding your phone to your account. It is something to try and I hope it helps.
