Help Not completing calls

Me - Milestone running 2.01 on TELUS (not been rooted, unlocked...)

Situation - Often, I pull up a # from my phone book, dial it, then the call immediately ends without me touching any buttons. This happens repeatedly to different #s and then resolves without any reason. You may think that I'm inadvertently touching the screen but I've seen this happen while using it on the kitchen counter with my hands 3ft away.

I'm starting to think its a virus or at least an 'out of memory' problems so I've deleted a bunch of unused apps (have 50mb free right now).

At this point, I'm not able to reliably make outbound calls.
Any thoughts before I call TELUS/Moto/Google?

I have had this on various devices. To me it looks like a network issue not a device issue.

Sounds like a Telus network problem to me as well.
