not getting 4g

hello I just put a blu studio 5.0 C HD on my metro account. I did the APN thing except now I dont get 4G speeds.


I get 3g H+ Speeds. Ive been trying to change the APN settings incase I did it wrong but its the same out come.


Ive been reading that 3G H+ is the Same as 4g. Is this true? Ive also been reading that I have to call metro again to activate the 4g part of my plan.

I am not sure what to do. any help would be appreciated.

What plan are you on? H+ is 4G.

You may have to call to get your 4G back. That's what I did.

Nowhere close. Most of my data use is on wifi.

H+ is 4G though.

The phone only has up to HSPA+21 which its giving at 3G H+ and you wont get speeds similar to HSPA+42 then
