    Hi I have an Samsung Galaxy s4 the problem is the he NOTIFICATION folder on the MY FILES has disappeared I'm not sure why it's never happened before

    If you use a file explorer you can create a new notifications folder.

    All phones are different, but my default file manager will show the folders, and at the top of the screen is a + sign, click on it, and it should pop up, create new directory, type notifications, and choose OK, you now have a new notifications folder.
