Im helping my mother in law with her new NEO phone.
For some reason I cannot get the phone to play a selected soundfile when it recieves text messages. I have put the wanted sound file into the notification folder on the SDcard. I select the file under messaging sounds, and it seems to work. BUT when the phone recieves a text, it plays a different sound.
I have removed all downloaded apps, and I cant find anything that might interrupt the correct file from playing.
Does anyone know what might cause this problem??
