Help Orange Firmware missing Signal Boost?

I may be being thick here, but just flashed the official Orange jelly bean firmware to replace XEU on my Galaxy S2. The handset came from Carphone Warehouse with no carrier branding, but on an Orange contract which is still running.

I used this firmware, downloaded from SamMobile:

After flashing, a device reset, and setting up the OS, I see no indication of Orange branding and no Signal Boost app, which is the only reason I'm doing this.

Have I got the wrong firmware, or do I need to do something else to get Signal Boost working?
