orientation problem

HI.I have some problem in orientation of menus in my galaxy tab! For example,In the first, orientation is perfect and work correctly,but after working with other programs, or even when a call anyone to talk, the orientation of menus doesn't work any more.
I didn't find any option for orientation.

Do you have a different launcher other than the stock one?

can you explain more about stock luncher?
What's the name of the program ?

Well some aftermarket launchers have options on orientation. But if you are on the stock one, just drag down the notification bar at the top, and try to lock the orientation in place? Does that work? If not, do a factory reset.

No it didn't work ...
Reset factory !! I think its final decision.
Don't you have another idea to fix it ?
