Ott box issues

Hello folks, I'm having a little trouble with my Ott box it says I'm connected to the internet but none of my apps will work. Netflix loads up and gives me an error saying there is no connection despite the box saying other wise, I have tried resetting my box, my router, and tried connecting through either-net cabal, all of which has not helped any help on fixing this issue is appreciated!
