Help Ott tv not working

okay so are Ott Tv is not working for show box or HD movies nothing is working. we have tried to uninstall and reinstall also tried to unplug .
You can entre the site but not play anything, what do we need to do to get this working again it has been about three weeks like this very upsetting.

Possibly the illegal pirate streams and sites you were watching have been shutdown or seized by the feds.

If you're using Kodi, could try refreshing or reloading the source repos.
